Umbraco Support is a contract we offer to our clients to answer and solve any questions or problems they have with the CMS. All of our clients undertake a support agreement after we have completed the website build. On top of this, we also offer standalone support contracts.

We offer two different contracts for Umbraco support so you can choose whichever best fits your company's needs.
PAYG
The PAYG contract is set up so you only pay for the amount of support that you use each month. Using this method allows you to avoid monthly payment instalments if you fear that you wont make use of all the support available. You still get the same level of service as a fixed hours contract, however, typically a PAYG agreement will come at a higher day rate.
SUPPORT
You pay a fixed monthly fee which provides you with a set amount of hours per month. Should anything go wrong with your platform, you have an agency on hand who is able to fix the issue for you within a predefined time frame.
We understand that no two businesses are the same, which is why our team takes the time to get to know each client and build a customised support package tailored specifically for them. We are committed to providing a top-rate service with no tiered system based on spend.
As part of the support package that we provide, we have a guaranteed response time and goal resolution time for each request. These response times are specific to each partnership that we enter, allowing you the flexibility to decide on what resolution times you will be looking to expect from us. We agree on a scale of priorities with each customer, ranging from a business critical issue, to just a minor bug.
One of the benefits of having developers in Europe and the Middle East, is our ability to offer a 24/7 support package to each of our customers. Any out of hours support tickets will have their own guaranteed response and resolution times, as agreed with our customers.
